A design agency on demand

Hiring a full-time senior designer is expensive, costing over $100,000 annually plus benefits. Ella is a director level designer and subscription's cost is less than hiring a junior. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, paying only when you have work for us.

Once you're subscribed, you have the freedom to add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue. These requests will be delivered to you sequentially, one by one.

Typically, the majority of requests are completed within two days or even less. However, it's important to note that more intricate or complex requests may require additional time to be fully addressed.

It may come as a surprise, but Onigiri Design operates as a one-person agency. You'll be working directly with me, Ella. However, for power-up requests like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with partner designers.

Onigiri Design provides immense flexibility when it comes to requesting designs through Basecamp. Clients have various options to make design requests, including directly through Basecamp, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video for those who prefer a non-written approach. Essentially, if it can be linked or shared in Basecamp, it's welcome and encouraged.

No need to worry! We will keep working on the design and making revisions until you are completely satisfied, ensuring your full approval.
